Eric Douglas Keene
As Founder and President of Keene Advisory Group, Eric partners with Fortune 1000 and private clients to recruit executives in Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales and Strategy. Formerly with Russell Reynolds Associates, Eric served as firm-wide leader on Diversity and as a member of the Corporate Officer’s practice. He is a frequent contributor on issues of executive search, leadership and diversity and has been quoted in various publications ranging from Vault Career Guides to Tribune Media Services.

Previously Eric worked for McKinsey & Company serving international clientele on issues of operations, organization, sales and strategy. Earlier experience includes several years in sales and marketing with IBM, O’Connor & Associates/Swiss Bank (UBS) and AT&T. Eric received his M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University and earned his B.S. in Industrial Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Eric has served as a Director on Boards for the Alumni Association of Case Western Reserve University, the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE), Centers for New Horizons and the Evening Associates of the Art Institute of Chicago. He is a member of the CEO Council at Chicago United, the Economic Club of Chicago and the Union Club.

Louis Williams
Louis is a Vice President with Keene Advisory Group. Based in the Southeast, he partners with clients recruiting in Finance, Information Systems and Technology and Legal/Risk/Compliance. Prior roles include recruiting positions with MassMutual, Aflac, where he became AIRS-certified and a regional search firm. Earlier in his career, Louis worked for Bank One (JPMorgan Chase) in Chicago, Los Angeles and New Orleans in a variety of line positions and as Vice President of Executive Recruiting.

Louis received his M.B.A in Finance from Auburn University and earned his B.A. in Latin American Studies from Tulane University.
